besides, fibonacci sequence is just a "rough" approximation of golden ratios (primary and derived), so if you draw 8/13 line on the horizontal you could have named you ATH "1" and define this level as 0.618, which is even better than 8/13. And it is really strange to me why you assigned "34" to ATH on the x-axis and not "13" for example... I am just trying to understand what your chart actually says (or does not say)...

I don't quite understand how you select your origins, why is it 03 Sep 12 "O" on the x-axis (and not any other date?) and why is ATH 16 Jul 18 "13" on y-axis and not "21" for example or "34" or "55" or whatever fib numer, do you select the 0-dates & numbers by the "gut feeling" or is there any system behind it?
