A Popular ICO at Discount Prices? LONG FETCH

There was a lot of buzz around this ICO and to be completely honest I don't really understand the technology here (I know I shouldn't invest in what I don't understand) but I know the ICO was popular and price has gone south from there. However the volume is decent so its still popular and it looks really oversold so I'll shoot first ask questions last and try to figure out what this coin is all about over the next few days. I'm not falling in love and look to sell in a few days for the next Bitcoin pump but I'll take a shot here. GL
