Two green trend lines are for trend channel, this top trend line has respected all the time (from far back till now) So, it is true criteria, It hit the top (upper trend line), time to short then ;) .
Why would you include the launch window price (i.e. the first ~2 days of trading) in any price projections, the price fluctuations in that window are indicative of multiple exchanges coming in line with each other?
