File Coin - WTF is this!?

I do not see anything bullish on this file coin other than I saw Winkelvoss pumping in on Twitter? In fact, I dont even have a single clue what to look at here. Big triangle coming off its high when it first traded so feels like it will grind down more?

Anybody know wtf is going on with this one?
