a coin with a 13M market cap(extreme volatility) coin is sitting on the edge of a breakout. I will alert if broken. the coin is long term bullish, medium and short term bearish. so it is a bull market.
if its a green enter around 4120, 5000 would be the target at least. But i wouldnt do anything unless there is a clear breakout. and a few other coins are experiencing high volume so honestly its unlikely.
