$FLWS on BUY zone Long

Despite the fact that FLWS reported good earnings the share prices dropped that made investors to dip BUY. We have support zone here @ $30.00 per share. And on Monday morning it couldn't break down below it.

1-800-Flowers.com (FLWS) reported 2nd Quarter December 2020 earnings of $1.72 per share on revenue of $877.3 million. The consensus earnings estimate was $1.41 per share on revenue of $750.5 million. The Earnings Whisper number was $1.43 per share. Revenue grew 44.8% on a year-over-year basis.

The company said it expects a third quarter loss of $0.11 to $0.09 per share on revenue of $404.2 million to $418.2 million. The current consensus estimate is a loss of $0.09 per share on revenue of $341.30 million for the quarter ending March 31, 2021.

Just out of Cruiosity why Label as Support? Its merely Breaking through Resistance. Realistically the support is actually at 22$ This is a 22$ Support with a Breakout. It could continue rising or it could also be Overbought Before you make your Buys wait till tomorrow for confirmation on the Morning Star or the Evening Star.

@shiftingskys, Thanks for question. I don't usually care about candles, All I need is strong Fundamental analysis and technical basics like support and resistance. As you can see that previous resistance acted as support at $30.0

@trd_mindset, I Suppose. I guess using one Support is not too bad. Little bit Riskier but still a worthwhile Investment. I typically like a Minimum of 3. I guess its Preference. Still a Good Assessment. So Far its aging well. I would have jumped on it but Iam Riding the RIOT bandwagon Atm.
