First it drops then (Green Phase): Move higher and higher to cover some last candles of drop (But this high will not touch halfway of dip) Then (RED phase): those high are now going to become lows with same resistance and support levels
And when price action reaches the same level that we bottom of previous drop; another Drop starts 😉
