How do we learn to trade short and make money, can you help?

@mannyjavaid, I didn't short this stock. I was long however the trade held time was short if that what you are asking for. Day trading or scalping happens usually on 1 or 5 mins timeframes. You can either go long if stock is gaping up or short if it is gaping down. I will get back to you on how you can learn this.

@mannyjavaid, it depends how much you know about trading. If you are beginner then it will take some time to learn the basics and then become full time trader and make living of this. I am working on making some study videos and lessons on day trading. Will let you know once ready. Also if you really want to learn and become successful go through the basics of technical analysis and read this book "Japanese Candlestick charting techniques" by steve nison. This is best book to learn some charting patterns. Do not trade if you dont know basics. You will lose all your savings. Keep in touch I will give you more information and knowledge soon.

@thinkBig-trade, Thank you So much yes i have made some bad plays playing options lost over 2000 so far in 2021 i am think of paying for service called tradegenie.com he gives buy sell alerts i know most paid stock picking service is all about making money and not helping the customer. lets see

@mannyjavaid, losing money in early days is fine. Make sure you learn from those mistakes. I have lost a lot when I started 8 years ago. Note this down:- Most important is risk management. Don't risk more than 2% of your account in one trade. You will not blow up your account after series of losses. losses are part of the game. Stay in the game to learn it. Don't worry if you dont make money first couple of years. Break even is a big success for beginners. Note 80% people lose money in this game and they quit because they dont have patience. Start with a set amount lets say $2,000 or whatever you think is good for you. Risk no more than $20 per trade. Profit target $40. I know its not good money but note $2,000 account is really small. Its all about learning. Stay in your job and start saving up so that once you are ready you have money to trade with.

@thinkBig-trade, this is great advice I thought about taking course warrior trading that teaches you how to trade and have great reviews but I am ready for day trading.

@mannyjavaid, I dont personally like warrior trading style. If you really wanna try try "live traders". Warrior trading does trade penny stocks which is kinda hard because of liquidity..

@thinkBig-trade, yeah thank you for this recommendation. When you search for best stock picking service the only show you a few that are paid if I click on the link and only money makers. Have you heard of trade genie noseen khan is the guy he has many reviews all positive which is weird and nothing bad. Wonder if he pays to have negative comments removed.
Back to live trades can I make money with small account with live trades and are these guys affordable and legit?
Do they recommend option plays or just stocks.
