I got asked what my favorite Altcoin is. Right now it's FunFair. While AlanMaster's has posted on this, I have been in this for longer than that and I do have a heavy position in it for full disclaimer.
I don't know what you have heard about it but FunFair ultimately aims to be the technology behind Casino's, not a casino themselves. While they are certainly going to have a casino that operates, that's not their end game. Which makes the potential of Funfair massive. Technically it looks pretty close to BTC, doesn't it? Hmmm... But for me, this is more fundamental and here's why:
1. There is no hype around it.
This is important. When I hear too much hype about a coin it can be concerning. I have had a couple brief chats with the CEO Jez on telegram and they aren't about hyping it. They are about running a BUSINESS. Most of all the other coins out there are based on hopes, unicorns and dreams. You know the crap I am talking about it. Funfair has a bloody business model and lots of reserves to run it.
2. The team is Solid.

Jez also has been running gaming companies since the 80's. He's got the experience to make it work.
3. Gambling license
Other coins have gotten easy licenses in locations that anyone can get *cough* edgeless *cough*. Funfair is playing with the BIG BOYS. They have had operating licenses in the past. And look what Edgless did when they got their license. What do you think funfair is going to do if they get licensed in the UK?
These are the reasons I am comfortable holding it through dips or any market turmoil, which we might get again. But the main reason is I feel like I am investing in a legitimate BUSINESS, not hype, not fantasies, but something that has already been established. IF they get that license approved they will start moving and quick. this will be a 10 bagger if not much much more. If you have some money to forget about and throw at it, I would. If we get another dip it would be a GREAT buying opportunity and great trading opp.
