@bibz4trade, As long as it's lower than the Head it should be fine. Head and shoulder patterns tend to be a messy sometimes ,but very powerful, just look at the December head and shoulders in GBP/JPY look at how the left and right shoulder ain't level but still creates a powerful move to the downside
