@TheFxAce, I look at the economic calendars and mark out key scheduled event timings on my charts. And occasionally listen to the talk on Bloomberg TV. When doing specific fundamental analysis on stocks, I keep track of all key press releases, earnings and other relevant drivers. But for trading, I tend to focus more on the price action. The news is just a heads up of volatility coming in, which is often a potential trigger for the trade.
