Well, it all depends on what your trading plan says. To my rules the patern was invalidated and hit stoploss.

Hi Alex, can i gently ask why the stoploss is @ X and not below the X? Thank you for the good pattern spotting

Stops are commonly placed below X. But I consider the pattern to be invalid as soon as price touches X. In this particular case I would have been stopped if I ever traded Daily's.
