On the daily tf,there is a formation of h & s pattern,whose neckline is the resistance at 1.2400 which has been broken and is being retested The retest on the 1 hour tf is a bearish flag which suppose if broken to the upside,signals a continue in bulls to the next resistance at 1.26415 or fill the fvg at 1.28700
