i dont know much about wave theory, but isnt wave 3 suppose to be the longest? wave 3 has moved the shortest amount of linear distance.

It's not Elliott Wave!
It's THE BOARDING FORMATION pattern with total 8 waves. this is one of CONTINUATION pattern method.
