My bias is bullish on GBPUSD - CPI might deceive us into thinking otherwise. My advise is always to stay out and observe how fundamentals expedite the moves we are anticipating and then execute when the noise has died down but that is just me.
If you get confirmations for shorting go for it and use good risk management.
