GPBUSD: POTENTIAL Bullish Cypher + POTENTIAL Bearish Bat

British Pound/U.S. DollarFXCM

Description

Dear Tradingview tech guys, though i am very happy to see constant improvement in your platform, the recent addition of the "Visibility" option seems to be poorly implemented! Not only is it not very convenient to use but when posting charts, no matter if I have selected objects to NOT be visible when I post, they STILL SHOW UP! Making the chart I want to post confusing and cluttered! I hope you all can fix that soon! TIA!

6 Days ago, I posted about 3 bearish patterns that could possibly point to a retracement. You can read about it in the Related Ideas section "GBPUSD: 3 POTENTIAL BEARISH PATTERNS SET STAGE 4 RETRACE".

Well, 6 days have passed and this pair has done pretty much NOTHING! Right now, it isn't any closer to completing any of those 3 bearish patterns but regardless , they're still valid. In that posting, I had also "identified" a possible bullish cypher pattern I deemed at that time "a MUCH TOO Early to properly identify bullish Cypher" pattern since there was not any defined C point yet.

That brings us to this post and the present time where there IS NOW a much more defined POTENTIAL cypher pattern but at a lower level. Prices are now tracing along it's CD leg as of this post. That DOESN'T mean it will complete! Still only POTENTIAL!

There is also a POTENTIAL Bearish Bat that has now come into focus. You can add this bearish bat to the other 3 previous but still valid bearish patterns from the other post! Making that area a very interesting area to look for something short!

Thanks. I do my best to keep up as I know there are people like you who are watching my posts. I post to hopefully help people who come to this site to learn about trading. I follow up my trades because that's part of my own trading process is to always go over my trades to see what went wrong and what I could've done. I always say, "You learn more from your failures than you ever will from your successes!". So when I post follow-ups, I hopefully will help those that read it to also learn what went wrong. I'm not just posting to give trade signals or to feed my ego about being right. I probably have as many wrong trades as I do right ones! Although, to be honest, I don't post all my trades here because that would just take too much time! I actually do trade for a living! But glad I can be of help!
