The GBP/USD pair rallied over 150 pips during the mid-European session and shot to near two-week tops, around the 1.2975 region in the last hour. GBP/USD has posted gains in Thursday trade. Early in the North American session, the pair is trading at 1.2963, up 0.40% on the day.
