I agree with you but firstly i am waiting the strong support zone ( 1,625-1,627 ). It means double buttom. Target will be around 1,67 if the support works.

the way I see it is re-test of broken wedge support ( turned to resistance ) . it is actually a bit higher, so regardless what Yellen is going to say this technical pattern leads price to 1.6060 ( 0.718 Fib from middle November low )
