Been bearish all year. From last August or so it's pretty much been a nosedive.
We're up to an important level now, where we could see the pair trade above the 200EMA since August last year.
But we have seen enthusiasm in this pair a bit more recently. I feel as though the UK's general election did bring enthusiasm to the Pound, and I did feel as though the FTSE and GBP would gain inevitable strength if the Conservatives did stay in government.
