C point doesn't touch 0.618. The C piont is the only point that distinguishes potential gartly from potential crab. Crab's C piont is less then 0.618. But the structure is in your favour. If you move your B point to 1.5220-22, your gartley will turn into bat.

Elements of Gartley Pattern:
Point B exactly at 61.8% retracement of XA wave
Projection of external BC must not exceed 1.618
Equivalence of AB = CD is the most common
Point D at 78.6% of XA retracement
Point C must form inside of the range between 38.2%-88.6% retracement of AB wave.
I don't allways use my fibonacci tool to measure out all the levels and I agree with you that the Bat pattern would be the more appropriate pattern in this case.
