I'm only in this for a small play but I did not want today to happen. I'm still short GDX but from the dotted line you can see where I will exit the trade.
Long and medium term I totally agree. The ascending wedges though are simply warning signs and I only entered the trade a short term thing (in at the close and out the next morning). Pity it hasn’t worked out like that but the pattern has held which reinforces a small possible pullback. Otherwise the stops are obvious to enable getting out!
