I prefer old fashion name for the pattern - bullish kicker, I strongly doubt that Japanese knew/used champagne; however, this is the beginning of the week, early to analyze weekly chart. but, yes, bullish it is. Cheers

Champagne flute, bullish kicker. I'm not terribly well educated with candle/chart pattern names, but for what it's worth, it's on the way up like you said.
