Recently GigCapital3 (Ticker: G I K) announced they will merge with Lightning eMotors in the Q1 of 2021. They are also the EV Maker for PLUG Power to create the world's first electric Fuel Cell-Powered Class 6 truck, to target the Middle-Mile delivery solution.
