I would consider purchasing the 89usd strike price Calls with
an expiration date of 2024-11-15,
for a premium of approximately $2.91.

GILD traded at $98.90 today, and the Calls went up from $2.91 (when I wrote this article) to $9.00 at the close of the day (a lot higher intraday), for a fantastic 3.09X gain!
