GIS General Mills Options Ahead of Earnings

If you haven`t sold GIS before the previous earnings:

Now analyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of GIS General Mills prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 57.5usd strike price Puts with
an expiration date of 2025-9-19,
for a premium of approximately $1.92.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.

Trade closed: target reached

GIS traded at $58.56 today and the Puts went up from $1.92 (when I wrote this article) to $3.40 at the close today, for about 75% gain.
