I'm intrigued by this breakout call from a technical perspective, though I have an honest fundamentals question. Do you really think the breakout is possible given the massive dilution of the stock that took place last year? It confuses me that a struggling company has 4x the market cap it had in June 2020 (back when the stock price was more than $80.00). From a fundamentals perspective, and given the loss of investor trust from dilution, I think the company may actually be overvalued.

That being said, if there is one thing 2021 has taught me, my traditional conceptions of value may not be correct, so I am willing to learn!
