Both price and RSI broken out and successfully retested the pink line (happened in March), and now is bouncing up.
To confirm these positive development, for the month of April we need the blue support lines to hold at least.
To qualify as a long term trend change, we need all red lines to be cleared, and a flattened 10 month MA.
