breakup value should be closer to $12-15. Did you read the article by Michael Burry (from the Big Short)?

@tomlap, No not yet I'll have to try it out. I've been looking at the price of their leases as a potential problem they may face. $12? They have stores all over the country and nobody shops at them anymore...But I'm no expert

I total agree with your comment concerning their massive store vacancies! Definitely an issue that must b addressed! With that being said both Microsoft and sony are set to drop entirely new systems next year! It's been long time since either unveiled new systems! 2013 matter fact! Gunna b a crap shoot!
@InteractiveSwingTrading, all good, ive been doing the same, the hard part is the timing, we know its a ticking time bomb, but its a matter of when rather than if. they dont have a cashflowing model to stand on. they tried collectibles, but they are gonna have to be creative. earnings will be dec 2 so if they are bad( I think they will be) we will see action around this time. if there good then i hope got coverd puts lol cheers thanks for insight! let me know if you wanna chat about this play on telegram, trying to combine intel!

@DSR97, Yeah fair enough. Quick question actually. Do you know what the difference between rent expense and lease and expense is, or if it's immaterial even. I have notes on this but im confused about the rent vs lease expense
