From August 2011 - February 2013 GOLD printed a VERY similar distribution fractal to the fractal printed by GOLD July 2020 - September 2021. It is very possible that GOLD will fall from here with no further upside.
After money printing, 1300 would be crazy. You can print papers, but not gold. Look to 2008-2009, can be same crash before going to new highs.

I can totally understand what you're pointing out. What about the period from 2008-2010? It traded in a range and then broke out to new all time highs after the GFC. The reason for the range is that the bulls and bears are fighting it out and nobody has won yet.
