Google offering a nice daily short

Google could be a nice short with the following parameters:
Entry: Opening
Target: 686.00
Stop: 758.45

I'm bearish on this trade for 3 primary reasons:
1. Price has completed a 12 week uptrend in both time and price
2. On it's most recent daily mode detachment, price failed to reach the price target
3. Price has now gapped below that large mode, and is at a RESZ
