Canada Goose has dived sharply because of the sad report, which implies it's too fat. Will the cold goose ascend or descend in the future? I think it can still fly for because there is a good demand zone below the current price. So don't worry about the dive, believe that white goose. Buy at 28-33 SL: below 28 TP1: 43 TP2: 49 White goose like white swan, it will bring good luck to us.
CG made a poor decision changing their company core competency from a luxury cold-climate winter coat phenomena to a street-wear brand. IMO they became greedy and tried to over diversify their stock. For that reason this company depends on the general economy to continue to do well and for Canada and the USA to have solid foundational relations with China (which it appears to be getting better).
The problem is I don't know where exactly this company can go. Its far too expensive for the majority of people to be able to afford and they have already over diversified their brand to the point where its losing its lucrativeness. Its basically GUCCI pricetags without the name.
Their only hope is to grow considerably exponentially as imo they have somewhat capped in Canada and the USA (which is where it blew-up originally).
