Looks like an ascending triangle to me. MACD also showed a bullish signal were the square is.

@ghozieh what are you saying about GRC in a 1-2 week time-frame?
Learning from a pro is always nice!

I have a divergent opinion! You didn't tell us the time frame you used to come to this conclusion. I will want you to analyze longer time frame such as 1Day for comparison. In 1D T/F; Stoch RSI is at over bought level while the CCI signal was divergent to the candle trend. GRC looks bullish but the aforementioned above could hinder it IMHO.
