Will this be Double Top technical formation or heading to Fibonacci 61.8 level time will tell. My play is short with S/L tick above Fibonacci and T/P on 3% from MA200
Not a bad swing short with the market. Into fomc though. But they should cut rates usually bearish for banks

@garfield.max, I think if they lower rates that most likely all banks will fall, but let us see cause now it is not about fundamentals, it is more about behaviour finance in the market :)
