we will go back to 50 in the next years.

this looks prime for a sky rocket

@nuggetrouble, We are getting the gap fill up to 16 and then 19 will follow. A correction will occur but will still be bullish. This is a long term hold for me and I think that bottom of 7.50 stays
ROC_8
@nuggetrouble, One hesitation, 50% of GSG sector exposure is Energy. May present as some headwind. Energy 50%, Agriculture 20.8%, Industrial Metals 13%, Precious Metals 7.9%.
thewickedwiz
@ROC_8, Hi energy is actually helping this for the moment.
I have it since it was 11 and keep buying.
Am also buying IXC.
ROC_8
@thewickedwiz, Nice wiz, better than my entry level! There is no rush, it is a slow mover but I am confident that the gov't will continue to print monopoly money and real goods will be a safety valve for many. I will checkout IXC.
thewickedwiz
@ROC_8, IXC is of course not at the same extremely low levels as GSG.
My first buys of GSG were at 10.30 my average is about 11 ,to me it looks like we have a major bull in commodities which may last for several years.
Stocks like Glencore and Mittal are confirming the trend.
China is working and they are using loads of raw materials,if the vaccines come on stream even more metals and energy will be needed.
But this is just the fundamental backdrop for me,the charts look very good but of course volatile.
I prefer this type of asset to what I call esoterics and others call crypto.....
I do always hold 20 per cent of total liquid in gold and gold mines but that underperformed recently.
ROC_8
@thewickedwiz, Totally agree on all points. Additionally, with all the supply chain disruption, I locked in some WEAT for food supply cost increase that seem inevitable. The chart looks almost identical and maybe even a slower mover.
thewickedwiz
@ROC_8, will look into that might be good to go for agri funds.
am also buying land securities and british land in UK.
