on 4h it doesnt look bullish now. Maybe a whale waiting for lower lows. We have low volume, i see a clear bot accumulation on that coin. any price under 1.15$ should be cheap now. btw:_ head and shoulder formation is not correct, but we touching again 2018 lows at the moment.
