HCMC looking fairly promising right now, seeing the following bullish indicators (excluding fundamentals) - Breakout from a multiple week downwards trend - Bounce off the levels we had as support before the big run up - Flipped the 200SMA, yet to properly test as support but nonetheless a good sign
Fundamentals still haven’t changed as such, while this may take longer than many initially thought the situation is still the same.
Philip Morris will try anything and everything to avoid this going to court. While they have filed a motion to dismiss it shouldn’t cause an issue, once the judge reads the multiple spelling and grammatical mistakes within the motion it will be clear it was a last ditch attempt.
