They also said there would be future declines re: estimates/expectations...maybe a tactic for lower expectations / estimates? In any case it wasn't a hopeful statement so perhaps the trend will be down? Home builders along with the pros are already out in force doing home repair and upgrade projects. Yet it surely looks bearish to me...

Thank you...I've lost money on my first 6 trades using candlestick/western technicals. I'm not used to such short/small gains and choppy boxes as we've shared prior. That surely looks bearish...to me.
