Imagine the smell of this legacy stock pumping to $500 in 2023 only to get everyone thinking bear markets over then huge rug to $2. I don't make the rules guys.
All housing driven stocks will most likely be cut in half in 2023...at least. Just look at the charts during the last financial/housing crisis back in 2007-2009
