HDFCBANK: Grind, Gap, Base

330
HDFC Bank has been a one-way street on the 15-minute chart, down from 705 to 686.2, with two separate overnight gaps lower along the way rather than one dramatic sell-off candle. That's a steadier, more persistent kind of selling than a panic flush.

The encouraging part: the last dozen bars have stopped making new lows. Price is boxed in a tight 686.2-694.5 range, the shaded zone on the chart, the calmest stretch on this entire session.

686.2 is the level that matters most here. Holding it while chopping sideways would start to look like real basing. Losing it reopens the grind lower with nothing obvious defending price until the next round number below. No call either way, just what's actually happening on the tape right now.
