My usual method of chart analysis is to analyse the naked chart to determine weekly range which I mark with Red ie, support and resistance to determine the directional bias; I then place the Ichimoku Indicator on the chart to determine levels which the Weekly Kijun usually is sufficient along with Senkou Spans A/B. I then move down to the Daily and see where price is in relation to the Weekly ranges which gives me an indication of where price is in relation to long term support/resistance I then place the Ichimoku Indicator on the chart and determine if I think probable price is ranging or moving up or down relation to the Weekly Kijun level/zone. I then move down to the 1hour time frame and determine where price is in relation to the marked zones/levels and I at that time determine when is a good time to enter.

I then move down to the 1hour time frame and determine where price is in relation to the marked zones/levels and I at that time determine when is a good time to enter.
