Looking at this as an ever so slightly ascending pennant. Hoping for a nice breakout after possibly falling to 0.28ish in the near future.

@dmschiff70, Democratic president hell bent on going green along with a democratic congress and this is one of the only true GREEN energy techs in the USA.....you tell me? I'm guessing easily between a buck or two by eoy. I could also see a BO post large scale proof of concept which is being done now.
