IBM looks oversold and is forming a balance. Bad news yielded a large gap and I believe we have a potential of closing it.

The stock is one of Warren Buffets darlings which he acquired in the 170s range several years ago.

It is a very large position in his portfolio so would look to Berkshire adding as well as other value investors.
