ICX holding at both a fib level and a significant level of previous price support/resistance, uptrend looks healthy. Could also form a cup and handle. With very positive news emerging soon on this fundamentally strong project, and the technicals looking optimistic, this seems like a good place to go long. Targets include fib levels and previous price resistance.

I should note, bitcoin could break down from 8500 right now as it is a log trendline resistance level, in which case ICX will obviously follow. Other than that, very low chance of ICX going downward from here.
