INTERIM UPDATE (5th November): Trade activated on 3rd/4th November, with a sudden drop in share price experienced on 5th November that reached profit target of $5.07 (i.e.: the high of the candle presenting potential resistance of 20th August). Such a sudden decrease in share price within one day (approximately 7%) presents a good opportunity to reassess positions and trim the situation or manipulate any options positions accordingly. Congratulations on a terrific trade!Note
UPDATE (week ending 07-Nov): Outstanding result for the week with a dramatic share price decreased over the first week of the trade seeing the share price almost back to pre-earnings levels towards the end of August. Charts heavily suggest utilising the resistance from 20th August (i.e.: the open of $4.97) as the ultimate 'line in the sand' resistance area - i.e.: place a profitable stop slightly above this area for any traders wishing to remain in the trade and provide 'wiggle room' for share price movement. Otherwise, collect profits, trim positions or manipulate options positions - congratulations!Trade closed: target reached
UPDATE (week ending 14-Nov): Share price for IEL appears to be finding a base - for those traders still in the trade and who didn't take action at the end of last week (or beginning of this past week), time isn't too late to collect profits, trim positions or manipulate options positions. Charts are also suggesting to watch and observe for a confirmed breakout or breakdown in one direction or the other. A confirmed breakout in the upward direction above $5.00 (above the printed high from the candle of 13th November) would be a signal to exit the short trade. Aggressive traders wishing to remain in the trade (either fully or with trimmed positions) would have their confirmation with a close below $4.77 (i.e.: from the open of 10th November). Congratulations on a terrific trade and all of the best! Let's look for the next one! :)Join the socials here:
