Yes, they sold some shares until Aug 30 - they were happy with a price of $2 or less. Not even they had idea how much the stock will rise. See here: openinsider.com/search?q=IGC

@NickFi, Can you teach me more about stocks?
NickFi
@amozb, Read as much as you can about share market. Check what are the most recommended trading books and read them. Remember it is very hard to make money in the sharemarket and it is very easy to lose money. If you are pretty young (under 30 yo), just buy blue chip stocks (AMZN, GOOGL, MSFT, etc) or the SPY index whenever you have money and keep them no matter what the stock market is doing. Even if they lose 70% of their value at some stage during a bear market, in a few years they will climb higher than before. In 20 years you will thank me :) If you dream being a day trader, keep in mind that probably 90% of the day traders are losing money (including myself). So, start with a paper account - it is much better to lose paper money than hard earned cash. It can be frustrated to see your paper trades are profitable, but if you paper trade long enough you will discover you have a lot more to learn before trading with real money. I personally think Forex is harder than the stock market. In stock market there is a long term positive trend, while Forex does not have a trend. You could join for free the trade ideas forum, there are some people with experience in there. There are many people posting ideas in here. Look at their past results, see if you find any people posting consistently profitable trades. But take your own decisions, do not copy them without applying your own judgement. Try to become expert in only one field (i.e. technology stocks), rather than being a jack of all trades. Finally, maybe I should apply some of this advice to myself :)
