parabolic rises in such short term time frames are almost always followed by big drops (see every bubble ever). with a PE ratio of almost 140 (dotcom is that you?) the big short is here.

Pe's been at 130 for over a year *yawn* do you know how this stuff works? The best thing you can do is to invest in companies that people don't understand; apply to wrong analytic lens to, undervalue, and you can reinvest dividends for the long term. You're supposed to look at FFO for a REIT anyway, P/E doesn't describe anything in this case, because they pay 90% of earnings to share holders, and that's where dividends come from on a balance sheet......is this making any sense?

If you want to join me on the objective side: this stock is currently overvalued at this point in time, thats a fact. Whether your outlook is long or short term. If you buy now you will see pain, and you will feel it to. This is a classic company thats riden on the back of the cannabis bubble and the short term outcome will be the same. If your not patient enough to wait for the proper buying levels, by all means your more than welome to buy; my shorts need a good bagholder anyway. Good talk.
