This pattern the way you have drawn it could be an AB=CD, a ALT AB=CD, a Bat pattern, a Alt-Bat Pattern, A Crab. So what your saying is "At some point it will go up and that is the pattern I will call it." ? It would also be helpful if we could see the fib tool to see the ratios. I believe your C point is too high.

1. This cannot be an ALT BAT due to the .50 retrace. 2. If you "think" my c is too high - measure it yourself. 3. The FIBs are WRONG on the Harmonic tool which is why I do the fib measurements with the fib tool and mark them accordingly. 4. The .50 retrace brings to Harmonics into focus, the Bat or the Crab.
