Should retest the highs of early March with clinical trials in US announced with China and South Korea to follow. Expect negative stories of lawsuits and historical track record to persist otherwise I agree with many that INO with VGX-3100 could have a market cap similar in range to Moderna MRNA 11B+. That would make INO share price 9x in the 72-80 range.

Im not a conspiracy theorist but having watched the market action of this stock for over 45 days now hour by hour I am convinced it is being manipulated.
If you read the WHOLE paper, no doubt you will come to the conclusion that INO is being attacked and all of the tactics harmful to INO share price have been described in the paper and implemented on INO.
Not sure where INO goes while under daily attack but all TA is out the window with such manipulation taking place.

@FindCold, same goes for cytoden...they should be flying high now, testing patients all with reduced inflammation of the lungs and recoveries yet the stock hovers around $3 makes no sense.
