INSG Bull Flag

Long
NASDAQ:INSG   Inseego Corp.
Looks like a short squeeze, this thing is trading on borrowed shares (>100% institutional ownership of float). Running for cover when they announced the earnings date (after market close March 7th).

Might double top before earnings, 15 contracts March $15 calls plus 3k shares in my 401k. Will double up on calls if this drops before earnings. Expecting this to throw a bull flag here though, so you may get a better entry next week.
Comment:
March $5 calls, lol. It's not hitting $15 any time soon except in my dreams. Leave a some room to add more calls in case it drops next week.
Comment:
If anyone's trading this, take a look at long term charts, this company was Novatel back in the original Dot Com bubble.

There's a whole number of targets depending on how far back you go... $7, $12, $13.5, $30, $240 (lol).
Comment:
Decided to hold the position instead of flipping it this morning, we know funds aren't selling so I assume shorts are back in the game. That just means a bigger gap up on earnings, will be looking to add 5 to 10 contracts around Thursday afternoon.

Didn't want to make the same mistake as CIEN where I dumped the calls way too early, 5G stocks are a bit hard to read right now.
Comment:
It double topped and dipped and stabilized, adding 5 to 10 more contracts if it goes under $5.4. Looking at charts, we might get another dip tomorrow.
Comment:
Added 5 contracts today, final add of 10 more tomorrow if it dips again. In for 20 contracts at $.66 cost average (which oddly enough is where the stock is at). Probably wouldn't have added more if it wasn't for the 2 big earnings wins this week.

I'm convinced this will go over $6 by March 15th, counting on guidance for the year more than current quarter revenue. Earnings is March 7th AMC, hopefully we get a short squeeze. Options are relatively cheap considering the amount of movement on this stock.
Comment:
Appears to be a dead play but added 20 contracts anyways.... probably just wind up breaking even at this point
Comment:
Remind me to trust the market, lol. Kicking myself now.
