Intel is Bearish on a Monthly timeframe, the price reacted on a supply zone and switch from bullish to bearish structure in weekly timeframe, we can observe a break of structure. This is the signal to sell Intel.
I've started short selling a few days ago, I had hopes for intel to catch up with the rest of the market but they just seem to be so behind. Not looking good! $16 might be a massive shrink I can't see that happening in the short term but possibly over time it will. They NEED to catch up otherwise its doom for them.
